I am working on finishing up some UFO's. Who isn't? That seems to be a never ending job if you have been quilting for a number of years. This was part of a Block of the Month class that I took at a local quilt shop years ago. I dropped out partway through for some reason so I didn't end up making the full 12 blocks. To be honest, I wasn't really thrilled with the colors and didn't want to make a whole quilt out of them. I pulled them out the other day wondering what I should do with them.
I decided to make a clover block from some extra BOM fabric I had purchased. Then I just sashed and bordered them with a tan and green clover print fabric from my stash to make them into a St. Patrick's Day wall quilt or large table topper. I think it turned out kinda cute. Off to the quilter, then I will bind it with the darkest green.
